Ðây là Chương trình Anh Ngữ Sinh Ðộng  New Dynamic English bài 125. Phạm Văn xin kính chào quí vị thính giả. Chủ đề của bài học hôm nay là  câu “It’s Across From the Library,” TÒA NHÀ ẤY ÐỐI DIỆN VỚI THƯ VIỆN, Ở PHÍA BÊN KIA THƯ VIỆN, THƯ VIỆN TRÔNG SANG. Bài học hôm nay cũng chú trọng về vị trí và liên quan không gian-This program will focus on locations and spacial relationships, tức là học dùng những tiếng chỉ vị trí như in front of  (đằng trước); behind (đằng sau); across (bên kia); next to (kế bên).

Photographer=nhiếp ảnh gia. Visit=cuộc thăm viếng. Trong bài học hôm nay, ta nghe  ông Tompkins kể lại chuyện ông viếng đại học Princeton, một đại học tư nổi tiếng ở tiểu bang New Jersey. Campus=khuôn  viên  đại học, chỉ  tất  cả  những toà nhà hành  chính, giảng  đường hay vườn cây,  và  những bức tượng trong phạm vi trường đại học.

Simon: Princeton University has a very beautiful campus.

 There are lots of trees and some very old buildings.

 The oldest building is two hundred and fifty years old.

 It’s located at the main entrance to the campus, on Nassau Street.

Kathy: What’s the name of the building?

Simon: Nassau Hall.  The office of the university president is in Nassau Hall.

Kathy: We’ll talk more with Simon Tompkins after our break.
