Mark: Oh, I understand.

 So… how have you been?

Sarah: I�ve been busy! 

 I just got back from vacation, so I�m trying to catch up.

Mark: I see.

Mark: I�m glad to hear that.

 When Sarah first apologizes, Mark responds with the expressions �Don�t worry. It�s no problem.�

Sarah: Oh, Mark! I�m so sorry I�m late.

Mark: Don�t worry.

 It�s no problem.

Gary: After Sarah explains further, Mark accepts her apology, saying �I understand.�

 Let�s listen.

Gary: These expressions are similar to the words that Mr. Blake used to accept Mr. Chapman�s apology.

Chap: I�m very sorry for not meeting you earlier, but with my father in the hospital….

Gary: After Mr. Blake accepts Mr. Chapman�s apology, it is time to get down to business.

Chap: Well, I know that you�re getting ready to return to Beijing, so we should get right down to business.
